The SAT Reasoning Test (formerly Scholastic Aptitude Test and Scholastic Assessment Test) is a standardized test for college admissions in the United States. The SAT is owned, published, and developed by the College Board, a non-profit organization in the United States and has no affiliation with THR College Planning and was not involved with this product.

NOTE: The objective here is to prepare both mentally and physically for the S.A.T. exam. Learn one thousand words using the vocabulary wordlist, practice all sections of the test, take all the practice tests, write 8 essays, start slowly – build up speed, systematic learning, testing and reviewing, work just one hour a day for the first five weeks, work two to three hours a days for three weeks. Now on the day of the exam, allocate your SAT test time wisely, pace yourself, know when to skip a question, keep track of your omitted questions, do not spend an equal amount of time on each question.

NOTE: There are really two sections for the Critical Reading Section of the SAT Exam. Sentence completion questions account for about one quarter of the marks for the critical reading section of SAT. Warning - Studying the SAT Vocabulary Wordlist will drastically improve your overall score. The reading passages are accompanied by a set of questions based on the passage and any introductory material that is given. Answer the questions according to what is stated or implied in the passage.

NOTE: The Math portion of the SAT consists of basic arithmetic, algebra I & II, and geometry. Practice your math problem solving skills with the tests above. Use a calculator only where necessary. You shouldn't need more than three lines of working for any problem. Redraw geometry figures to include the information in the question. Grid-in questions (student-produced response questions) are problems with no answer choices. You have to solve the problem then enter the answer in a grid.

NOTE: The SAT writing section consists of three primary types of multiple-choice questions, including sentence-improvement questions, sentence-error-identification questions, and paragraph-improvement questions. The SAT writing section is designed to evaluate the individual's knowledge of English grammar, sentence structure, and language flow, as well as evaluate the individual's writing ability. Identification of sentence errors, Sentence correction (improving sentences), Editing in context (improving paragraphs).
